Structure features: The AIO controller adopts circuit overlapping structure, the lower board adopts aluminum base, the large current circuits are fixed on the lower board, it’s conductive to heat dissipation, increase the reliability and stability of the products.

The product adopts SMT technology, ensure the reliability and consistency of the products.    

The positive and negative power supply of the controller and the 3 phase wires are fixed on the top of the controller by copper rod.

There are fixing holes on the base board, it makes the connection with the motor and power source conveniently.

Product Features:

1.Uses the specific processor TMS320F2XXX for motors manufactured by TI, ensuring more 

speedy process, more powerful functions and much more security.

2.Equipped with Infineon power MOSFET, with 4.2mΩ internal resistance, and small parasitic

 parameters, increasing the turn-on process, reducing the turn-on loss, and heat generation.

3. High pedal protection to avoid runaway and accidental start-up.

4. Fault diagnosis compliance with upper computer monitoring, LED warning display and buzzer warning.

5. High-and-low speed switching mode can limit the maximum speed and give the vehicle

 different driving characteristics under various circumstances.

6. Better compliance supporting CAN communications; easy change of controller and 

instrument without the need to change vehicle wirings.

7. More comprehensive verification: Santroll has its own testing center with various sophisticated equipment to ensure the product quality.

8. Optional electromagnetic braking provides better braking performance. When an emergent 

braking is needed, the controller can perform braking in time and make judgments: normal braking ratio is not performed, and the vehicle shall not move after the braking is released.

9. Advanced PWM (pulse width modulation) technologies ensure the high efficiency of batteries and reduce the motor energy consumption and the loss of torque change.

10. Adjustable low voltage protection makes the vehicle more flexible in under voltage 

condition.

11. Temperature protection and compensating circuit makes up for low temperatures, and the 

constant current can prevent abrupt power output disruption.
